Cancellations
Clients must notify Real CT Photo of any cancellations or rescheduling requests by 7 PM the day prior to their scheduled appointment.
Less than 24 hours' notice: A $50 fee will apply.
12 hours or less before the appointment: A $100 fee will apply.
No-shows: The full cost of the scheduled services will be charged.
Fees may be waived at the discretion of Real CT Photo if the appointment slot can be filled.
Photo Delivery Time
Photos will be delivered within 48 hours of shoot.
If you need rushed, $50 fee will apply.
Property Defects
Properties will be photographed as they appear, with no retouching of abnormalities, damages, or defects. Advanced photo editing services are available for an additional fee.
Travel Fee
A $50.00 travel fee will apply to any shoot located more than 30 minutes from West Hartford, CT.
Property Safety
The client is responsible for providing a safe environment for the services to be performed. If a property is deemed unsafe, the appointment will be canceled, and applicable fees will apply.
Weather Related Schedule Changes
It is the client’s choice to proceed with the scheduled appointment or reschedule according to the existing policy. Clients may opt for separate exterior shoots for an additional $50, excluding travel fees.
Re-Shoot
$50 will be applied for every time I need to return to the property to re-shoot spaces that were not ready at the time of the shoot (for whatever reason).
